TOPS Staffing, LLC was incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania in October 1987. Our purpose was, and remains to provide high caliber staffing services to clients in southwestern Pennsylvania. In our fifteen-year history, we have expanded to service clients in the full spectrum of manufacturing, high technology, service, non-profit and public sector enterprises. Our clients range from small business to Fortune 500 companies.

TOPS began by providing traditional clerical and light industrial temporary personnel. With the goal of better serving our Clients and Employees, we added technical and permanent placement services to our menu of services. We currently have three offices -- in Penn Hills, New Stanton and Wexford.
